and so you ignore as many fights as possible while looking for oddities
that's a lot of focuses
you don't really need or want both an offensive psi and an offensive gun usually
TC + MT isn't bad because MT has good cc and personal defense to rotate with Neural Overload's busted ass
but that's not the kind of build that wants to invest in all the dex (and per) perks you need to make an smg build pop
if you want psi + guns, your best bet is always TM, because it's crazy good as a pure support buff & debuff button
that gives you a billion free AP and can blast enemies with skills that also proc Opportunist

otherwise, pure psi lets you focus on defensibility or More Magic
that still looks pretty split between gameplans

realistically though if you're on easy/normal you can do whatever you want and not be super concerned about build power
so that last one looks fine
it looks like it starts as just pure guns and then splits into psi
(temporal manipulation doesn't count)
after level 14
(TM is objectively optimal on every build because of what it is and how it works)
(but that doesn't mean it's mandatory by any means)
The build shown here is like a regular sniper suddenly dual-classing into a psionic - the feats are separated to two columns for an easier view. Yet it is strongly recommended to follow the sequence shown up to level 10. Those are the core sniper feats you need to get early, but you can pretty much tailor this to however you like it after. Could use psionic skills from the start and change the order of feats to your preference from then on.
first build i did was mainly pistols and grenades
also make a taser
even a crap one is amazing
S tier item
a nearly unresistable stun on almost everything in the game that has like a 3 turn cooldown
if you make the damage on it bad enough the charge also lasts forever
turns out nothing can resist being tazed
