And it has some very interesting mechanics with its com relays, definitely gonna lead to drone shenaniganry with it
Am I correct in understanding that the burst around any of the com relays counts as being in Sensors even if the mech is too far away for the relay for it to be in sensors?
You are correct.
There's a base burst one around the com nodes that counts as the tove's sensors and you can specify one to have a burst 4 version with Wabe. I may need to reword that again.

It's a combination of real telecom stuff, phreaking reffrences, and things from The Jabberwock poem.
1/round as a free action, the Tove may create a Com Node in a free space within Sensors. Com Nodes are Size 1 objects with 10 HP, Evasion 5, and E-Def 5. Com Nodes project a Burst 1 area around themselves; this area counts as within the Tove's Sensors.

The core active is A Lot
That's giving two thirds of an Everest CP to your entire team, so long as they stay in sensors
The sensors limit does mean it's more awkward in some sitreps, but it's still extremely strong
I had it once per round originally but found it a little lacking in playtesting.
I can't say for certain if it's out and out too strong, but my gut says it may want a shorter duration than "scene"
Oh yeah, 1/round accuracy would be very underwhelming as a core power
I may just make it purely defensive then with just on saves.
The idea with the frame was making a defender that didn't have to be near someone to defend them.

The emergency tether is cool, though it could do with some formatting cleanup. Also, how long does it last? Can you/they break the tether? Do you get multiple copies of the reaction if tethering multiple people at once?
Bluebox: heat isn't damage, so you can't take heat damage. Also, since I assume the intent is this works with Com Nodes, as it stands the nodes are not specified to be Deployables and thus would not be a valid target.
I think Latency Strands could stand to be 2 SP.
I think the BOLA is cool, but not Limited 2 cool. Especially not while you only get one Main.
NHP seems a little underwhelming, but I suppose it has no range limits which balances out a little bit. Still, I think it would feel better if it did more than just Impair, especially when your aux guns impair too.
The teather is supposed to be able to multy clip but only one reaction total. It's not meant to be disengaged because materially it doesn't change anything other than losing the reaction.
Bluebox: will change and update the nodes.
Latency strands: good nerf, it was originally undertuned and I may have overcorrected.
Bola, may just make it loading then.
NHP: Not sure what to do to make it more worth the NHP title. Will think on it.

I've also started work on the next frame The Bandersnatch which is hopefully going to be an aux burst pattern.

Just a small update. Still working on this but have had some significant life events I hope to have the bandersnatch up by early next month.
It has been a while since I have updated this. Been in my very own year of hell but I've started getting the current finished/beta on COMPO/CON. First drop.
