@rustic solstice I'm reading your Coldcore Coliseum book and loving it so far. Got some questions about the Arsenal NPC.
When a Gear Value is reduced upon being brought to 0 HP, does it deduct 1 from its Gear Value (e.g. Gear 5 --> Gear 4) or does it go down to the next stage (e.g. Gear 5 --> Gear 3)?
