1) Field sizes won't be changed for now; It's not viable for a competitive game to arrange 11v11 matches; So it makes a lot more sense to keep it at 5 players per team;
We might however, in the future add 11v11 sized pitches so players can enjoy a temporary game mode;
2) We might add some way in the future to share a small training code, that you can input to import a training preset;
3) We are planning and already working on a lot of these customizations; Stadiums will be purchasable as well as many varied customizations for the team's training center; But we'll only work on that after Matchmaking and Shop are released
