I think it would be better if we had a vote of who can take the free kick because its annoying when your about to shoot or pass and someone just comes and kicks it away.

That has been suggested long time ago and the answer will be the same :
This won't be useful , if only one player will be able to shot from free kicks , there won't be any fake or tactics anymore.
In team matches that is not going to happen because ofc , u're going to play as a team and there won't be any reason to steal the free kick to u're teammate.
So what I would say, in summary ,i think that a 1 player shooter limit on free kick will be useless rn.
