There is an image for each possible Combination of the items. The gems are some homebrew stuff that you can just ignore if you do not wanna use it! 🙂

Mh, yes I can understand that it might be too detailed. If you wish to have it slightly adjusted I am sure you can contact the artist (mentioned in the reddit comment ) to change the map to your liking. Should be an easy change 😉
