Gigantamax Butterfree (Japanese: バタフリー Butterfree) is a dual-type Bug/Flying Pokémon.
Crystallized Gigantamax energy makes up this Pokémon’s blindingly bright and highly toxic scales. Once it has opponents trapped in a tornado that could blow away a 10-ton truck, it finishes them off with its poisonous scales.
Only certain Pokémon can Gigantamax. In addition to changing the Pokémon’s size, it changes its appearance as well. It works similarly to Mega Evolution.
