I have diamond if you need any exclusives. One tip I learned that I will probably end up doing is you can transfer from Arceus through home and then breed for the origin mark.

You can also trade a bdsp trade evo like graveler to arceus and use the trading cable item to get its evo and trade it back.

It is mainline but not the current generation which is why I said it is less mainline than SV.
I understand how you could say that SV is less mainline by how it's constructed (open world challenge who you want) but it's still constructed in a very linear process following the typical pokemon trainer storyline

I suppose by that logic PLA would also be mainline but I don't think of it being that way as much because of the focus on the storytelling and filling out the dex and catch mechanics

SV is just the most up to date pokedex with the latest generation of pokemon following the pokemon trainer story scheme, hence why I said it was the most relevant mainline game. Swsh is a better game imo, just outdated compared to SV

I am so happy and laughed at the poor accuracy thing

I was in am only battle. We both had one Pokémon left (VGC Doubles) i had Stellar Terapagos and the other side had Kyogre. Before my Grimmsnarl died, I had prankster ability help me and I uses Torment on Kyogre so it can't keep spamming Water Spouts. It then knocked my Grimmsnarl out, and by that time Terapagos had 2 calm minds down so it could at least still have a bit more bulk. Kyogre used Origin Pulse, Terapagos survives on like 14 HP. I used Tera Starstorm, that did a little over half of Kyogre's HP. Next turn i risk it and click Tera Starstorm again. The Kyogre used Origin Pulse BUT it missed, then the second Tera Starstorm killed the Kyogre. I have it all recorded. As the saying goes "If it's not 100% accurate, it will miss" or something like that.

Opinions are subjective.

If you've never played gen 4, then shining pearl could be a very good introduction to the game. The same for PMD Rescue Team DX.
In general, In my honest opinion, these remakes/remasters are worse than the original game they are representing.

There are other Pokemon games on the switch worth looking into. There's Let's go pokemon/Eevee, one of the older games on the switch, which is a gen 1 remake/remaster.
There's sword/shield, representing the 8th generation and an original game (not a remake/remaster).
There's also Scarlet/Violet, another mainline game representing generation 9 and the first "open world" game in the franchise.
Finally, there's Pokemon Legends Arceus, which is sort of a prequel to generation 4 and taking a bit more primitive of an approach to how pokemon trainers became a thing. It's a new franchise with the second release being Legends Z-A coming out later this year.

Turn out as long it lv 30+, simply turn swtich up side down click A & "evolve" will appear then evolve while still up side down
"If you click evolve while it's not up side down anymore it simply won't evolve"
