Shiny raid boss
Make sure to use a Pinap berry, as they’re 100% catch rate and golden berries are unnecessary.

Inviting more than 5 people
• Invite the first 5 raiders.
• Wait for someone to join the lobby to keep the group alive and then leave the lobby.
• Rejoin the lobby 30 seconds after you sent the first batch of 5 invites.
• Invite the next 5 people to remote raid.

Lost raid pass
If you lose your raid pass, complain via the in game setting to Niantic and they will refund your remote raid pass.

Defeated boss but frozen screen
If the raid boss is defeated and it stays there while the timer is still counting down, just quickly close the game, re-open and rejoin the raid and you should be able to get to the capture screen.
