Keroro gunso is great if you want a slice of life with comedy and parody, and tons of filler eps lmao (the anime is 358eps long)
It has some questionable tropes but then again it ran in 2004-2011 😂
anyway Keroro gunso / sgt frog is one of my own fav animes even if it has it's flaws, def suggest giving it a try if you're searching for something to watch!
I haven't seen this in ages but I'm pretty sure Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun / Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun has some lgbt+ characters in it and it's defintely funny.
K Project is my fave the representation is kind of between the lines but it's defintely not straight. mlm everywhere. But it's also very heavy in fanservice and even I, someone who doesn't generally care about fanservice, hate what they did in the first episode of the second season because of how unnecessary it was
