IW 
Mission can be used in a fair number of decks, best on Kroeger though. (edit: Forrix too, in fact he’s the best one.)
Dominators and 5th Support are staples for the faction, Dominators putting serious pressure and forcing the enemy to deal with it quickly. 5th is great for finishing off troops.
Viral Bombs is used mostly as either board wipe or a finisher after a ton of setup, pretty decent and usable in most decks imo.
Price of Victory is a little situational, usually the single target siege loading cards are better. Usable for the aforementioned swarm Viral Bomb decks.
Dreygur is a little underwhelming. The other IW warlords are just better unfortunately.
Ruinstorm
Daemon Chosen is an amazing 6 drop, basically forces removal or flank because of the sheer snowball it can get. Getting ward on rally makes this guy horrifying.
Delial is alright. Usually won’t survive to summon the daemonettes.
Fracture is an amazing Get Out of Jail Free card,
staple.
There is no reason to not run End of Days. Amazing card, if you can sacrifice t4 tempo it makes your life a hell of a lot easier mid to late game.
Plagueridden is good to pair with big threatening troops (Especially Chosen), usually by turn 6 the enemy can only deal with one of them unless they have complete board control
Harbinger is great. High health with poison makes it really sticky, and healing on mutation makes it a serious threat.
Warp Rift is eh. I couldn’t really find a use for it.
Eternal Rivalry is also just kinda eh. Only really good on Kabandha with Khorne’s Favor for big damage.
