Hosting Raids

Make sure the raid timer has at least 15 minutes left to account for re-lobbies or issues.
Always ping the participants before sending invites by using the command /go.
Close the lobby once the raid is finished by using the command /end.

:one: Go to the correct raid channel
:point_right: Type / to open the command list
:point_right: Select the /raid command
:point_right: In the boss select the boss.
Optional when announcing raids
The members field can be used to indicate how many participants the raid can have.
Default is 5 and the maximum is normally 10, but 20 for GMAX and 3 for DMAX
The status field can be used to post a message of your choice, such as "Weather Boosted" or "Hosting Only".

:two: When your raid is created
The bot will notify you in a new private lobby.
:point_right: Go there to coordinate with the participants and wait for them to add you as a friend.
:point_right: Wait for everyone to say ready. Use /members to see who is ready and not ready.
:point_right: If you want to increase lobby size, use /max-members to increase. This can be up to 10 for normal raids, and 20 for Gigantamax raids

:three: When everyone is ready
:point_right: Use the command /mi to get a list of in-game names that you can copy.
:point_right: Use the command /go to tell the participants invites are being sent.

:four: Enter the raid in Pokémon GO
:point_right: Paste the in-game names to invite all the participants.

:five: Close the lobby once the raid has finished
:point_right: Use the command /end to close the lobby.

If you didn't win the raid, please DO NOT end the lobby - you can attempt again on the same raid pass! - use /reset to reset lobby status
Tag <@&735822084730650755> in the lobby for help.

How to join raids

:one: Click on the Sign Up or Remote button to sign up for a raid.
If you have been selected by the bot, you will be notified in a new private lobby to coordinate with the host.

:two: Copy the host's trainer-code from the private lobby and add them as a friend in Pokémon GO.
:point_right: You can find the trainer-code at the top of the lobby or you can use /htc.

:three: After you send the friend request
:point_right: Type /ready in the private lobby.

:four: Keep Pokémon GO open and wait on the map screen for the invite to the raid.

To make things easier for hosts, make sure your in-game name is set correctly on your trainer profile.

Errors
When the bot is under high demand, you may face 'interaction' errors. These are currently unavoidable, please try again. As demand decreases, so do these issues. However, please make sure you have updated your discord client.
