The game IDK how changed my nickname (JJHunter) to my Old one (JackHunter). I can't change it because i don't want to spend gems on changing name. Please help me if you can.

@tranquil sequoia you need name changed in game, your Zombs ID or your Leaderbaoard name?

All 3 can be Done manually on the PC

#

The in Game name, , you should log in through pc, and can change before every game

#

The ID, you have to open the friends tab, you currently you will see a button to request and ID change

#

For leaderboard change, you have to go to your Gmail you used to connect to zombs, and change the name of of the account holder. This will reflect in zombs as well

@compact ibex Yes Zombs players has been experiencing that, even when that is very rare, it is being worked on. It shouldn't be much of a problem since only certain spots can go through walls with certain guns that you have to try\ couple times.

When you click the "Claim your gift" after a match. if you get EA Star Wars or some other ad aswell, it automatically takes you to the google play store, and when you try to go back to ZR app it restarts and doesn't give you the 20 coins.

When I watch an ad for the "Claim FREE Gift" button after a round, sometimes it just opens a closable window after 30 seconds within the ZombsRoyale App for Android as intended. Other times, it takes me directly to google play for several developers including EA(StarWars), VOODOO(Fire Balls 3D), PLATIKA UK(House of slots), Kwalee(Skiddy Car), NordCurrent(Cooking fever) for which when I press the back button or try to switch back to the ZR app, it starts it as if you just opened it, and DOES NOT give the 20 Coin Reward. sometimes it lets me back, like on VOODOO Fire Balls 3D on a second viewing. I think it might be a problem after repeat games of pressing play again in Zombies and Watching an ad for Reward after every game.

I think sometimes after pressing the play again button in a featured game mode with teams (Zombies) When I have autofill off, sometimes the next round will have teammates, and I have to exit and turn autofill on, and then wait a few seconds, and then turn it off for it to be actually off.

What happens is when you're put back to the menu it'll reset the state of everything and then load the extra stuff like autofill being ticked or not, so by default autofill is ticked - if you hit play before the extra stuff is loaded you'll play with the default

After I watch an ad after a game mode, My phone Can't handle keeping The ZR app Open while it automatically directs me to the google play app. I don't receive the 20 coins because the ZR app Reboots. I Liked it when I could just tap an X from an AD overlay within the ZR app to close it, and only be directed to Google Play if I was ACTUALLY interested in the apps and Tapped the overlay.

On the Bright side! Only one made me Reboot the ZR app 😅

My original Issue was that it was re-booting and not giving me coins, but 1 OR maybe 2 out of the last 9 ads that redirected me to Google Play Rebooted the ZR app so this issue is not as severe as thought. It was just really annoying when I played a Crystal Clash on my phone for 2-3 minutes and watch the 30 second ad to have it reboot. I was only Playing Crystal Clash on my phone to earn Z Coins without Lowering My Solo or Other modes Win Rate from poor Phone Play. The Enemy AR beat any class I tried. So it was extra annoying to sit through a round getting stomped on all game for nothing.

Ok I will try to be of help if needed. This is my first game where I am interacting with the community and it's developers, and actively trying to Improve at the game. I only made an issue with the Ads because it was really hurting my yield of Z coins from having the reboot time plus the Time I invested Intentionally getting eaten by zombies or blowing myself up with an RPG in Mystery mode, and watching the 30 second ad. I wanted the Snake Skin and I was willing to grind Ads for a chance to get it in Chests. Sadly I didn't get it, but I am not defeated! Also important: I am not too tech savvy, I sort of understand circuit parts and how one can do addition with a combination of a few Logic Gates, but to actually do anything with it is beyond me. I don't know much about Mobile Development or even PC. (MAC-GRET) I WILL TRY MY BEST THOUGH!

I went up and counted the Number of Ads I mentioned and it's 26 ads total that Redirect to Google Play after the ad finishes. I don't know if any one ad can be said to cause a reboot because on different viewings, at least one ad has caused AND not caused a reboot after pressing the back button in Google Play to return to the ZR app. Reboots have been happening less frequently. It might just come down to me having the LOWEST TIER SMART PHONE 😭

As of currently I think this is a MINOR problem as the Reboots have reduced quite a bit. I might Have deleted a bunch of stuff on my phone I didn't use since I last Spammed Ads.

If it doesn't reboot, it is actually easier to press the big back button on the corner of my phone than it is to click a tiny on Screen X with a GIANT THUMB relative to the X button, or to move my right hand from the side grip to press the X with my Index finger.

When your Season Level is at 100 and you tap on "Season" on the top left shows 0/3357 XP and on the right of that scale it shows +5 Stars but you can't get those 3357 XP / 5 Stars.

This bug, I couldn’t click some of the slots, had to use the arrows at the bottom to switch guns during fights 😖
