How to Fix FPS/Frames Issues:

Use Chrome or Firefox
Make sure your browser is updated
Set the Graphics Quality to lowest
Do a basic cleanup of your device
Turn on hardware acceleration on your browser
Zoom in (CTRL+ by default) to lower graphic quality further (may cause ui issues)

If you still experience issues please post a speed test of your internet, your country, your processor speed (CPU), and amount of memory (RAM).

@shut ocean I can vouch for @golden quest sprays never work for me on mobile either. I have them equipped, I double tap my character to select which one I want, but when I tap on one it doesn’t show up. I play mainly on PC and they work just fine on their, but they’ve never worked on mobile for me

-chat was recently added due to community request and i bet the devs are still working out a lot of the kinks
-lag is a known issue and the devs are working on it right now
-wifi? if it says it's low, it shouldn't impact performance, let us know if that's the case
-people being able to hit through walls has always been a feature, it's not a bug

Sometimes, the controls get stuck in one place and if it gets locked in the shooting position, it doesn't stop shooting and if it locks on the moving position, you can't stop moving. It is really bad when you get in a fight with someone and you just move all over the place but can't shoot him. You also just walk into the storm if the control freeze happens when you are close to the storm. This is a video where I got stuck in the corner of a room and a guy just killed me:

Sometimes it takes alot of time to switch weapons like having a med kit then somebody come into the building so i tap the shotgun takes about 5 seconds to switch sometimes

There's a few small problems on the Mobile version:
-still lags a bit
-it'll show my end game states for about 2 seconds and automatically take me to the menu
-the ads won't open to get my free coins
-the tapping to switch weapons is a bit off or sensitive...??? Not sure how to put it really. (There was many times I tried to quickly switch to a weapon under fire but end up dragging my weapon instead. soooo i end up getting killed mid battle.)
-sometimes, the text box to chat won't pop up. You gotta tap the icon a few times for it to display the text box.

Aaand I think that's it on my end.

also the buttons need to be larger for smaller devices (like a smart phone) because once i entered a building with a rpg, went to close the door, and blew my self up
