I'm going to discuss the problems with private servers.

In terms of cost

But playerbase data and server costs are hard to pinpoint exactly, so I'm going to estimate most values

Setting the stage

Let's assume that each private server is the price between $193 and $386.
Yearly cost per server - $289.50
Average monthly cost - $24.13
Average daily cost - $0.79

Data for the number of daily players is pretty vague, but we know that it once peaked at 1 million. But if we look at Yang's twitter -

So we can safely assume that we have about 1000 players daily, throughout the entire day.

But now we need to tackle the problem of how many people would even use private servers.

I'm just gonna take a very rough estimate of 8% of players consistently using a private server at any given time. That amounts to 80 servers constantly running.

Now we need to estimate revenue. Endgame's gem to money ratio is about 4 to 5 cents per gem. Let's just take the halfway mark at put it at $0.045/gem.

Let's assume that 20% of players buy gems monthly. We'll take the 100 gem chest as a benchmark - already an underestimation since most people buy the BP or shop skins which cost well over 150 Gems.

So that's 20 000 gems per month, which equates to about $900 per month, which is a revenue of about $29.57 daily.

Not to mention ad revenue - but it only cashes on clicks, meaning that the person has to click on the ad for money to be earned

Average cash per click is about 15 cents. Let's say that of the 80% of free to play players, 15% click an ad every day.

120 click per day equates to $18 daily.

SO NOW WE HAVE ALL THE DATA WE NEED.

80 servers running daily would cost about $63.20 per day.
Total revenue from gems and ads is roughly $47.57 per day.
This leads to a net loss of about $15.63 EVERY DAY.

That means that ON TOP of the regular cost of their regular servers, they would have to forgo ALL ZOMBS REVENUE to JUST PRIVATE SERVERS and STILL make a loss of over $5704.95 yearly.

And that's the net loss from JUST private servers. Not to mention their actual servers.

I don't think investing over $500 per month in zombs is financially wise.

TL;DR
Private servers would cause the game to **lose** over 500 dollars per month. Not happening.

I think we can also safely assume that private servers would bring a lot of interest in the playerbase and raise the CC numbers up even more

@pine pike the advantage of the ak is it's obscenely high instant dps. if you are able to connect most of the bullets, you can easily destroy a person in max 3 bursts. compare that to the AR-15 in which you need almost 2/3 of a clip in order to kill. this is why ak, in most competitive games, is pretty sought after. its a high risk (missing bullets are seriously detrimental) high reward (but if they connect they s h r e d) weapon

Dear ZombsRoyale Developers,

I am going to make this plain and simple. You guys need to really start to add updates, map changes, etc. This game is getting dry and very boring. For starters, the compeititve community is keeping this game alive at the moment. We are hosting all of these competitive tournaments, events, and it is the one reason we are keeping this game alive. The content creators of ZombsRoyale are trying there best to find ways to make content, and it is becoming really limited, as they have already done it before, or it is just not something that would not be interested to the viewers. We remember back in 2019 when you would have a map change every season, post leaks for the next season for a whole week, getting ourselves hyped up. Where has that hype gone? Zombs used to be a game where we could play for 5 plus hours a day, and still find a way to have fun, and enjoy ourselves. Now, Zombs has just become really boring. There is nothing new to explore, nothing fun to do, and there is just not really anything we are getting back from spending our money on gems to get skins. Now, onto stuff that you should add. I, and probably the whole community, would really want some sort of competitve like mode. We don't want like big cash money prizes, we just want some gem prizes, something to earn/grind for everyday that would make us want to get on the game everyday. Another thing you need to add is more updates/map changes. The updates you guys used to have used to be every two weeks. Now, we haven't seen an update in the last 3-4 months. Finally, add some hype into the game. Make us want to come back to the game everyday, not only play 3-4 rounds everyday and get bored and sick of it. We really want Zombs to do the best it can, and if that means making a letter to address your issues, we will do whatever it takes to bring back zombs.

-silenced smg needs either a damage, range, or rate of fire nerf, because it’s too op.
-vector magazine should be increased to 30 bullets to make it better for less experienced players who cannot aim as well
-Crossbow and Xbox should be merged into one gun, the crossbow is kind of redundant atm.
-grenade launcher needs a buff, maybe make grenades stick to players and surfaces,
-Mp5 should be made like the glock, with it being only found as common or uncommon. This is because the silenced smg is basically the same thing except better.
-Snowballs should be made stronger, maybe a snowball launcher that fires them out faster.

I think these are some ideas that would balance out the game a bit more.

now that i watched the vid i realized ur mobile and the meta is different, for pc players, the people who play this game play, completely different to how mobile players play because the average player on mobile have different playstyles due to what they are playing on

its easier to spam on mobile

its easier for people to spam on mobile and its harder to counter spamming on mobile since u cant switch and godspeed

for us pc players we could pretty much switch weapons at an instant lol

and also we could do crazy things like doorfights lol
