These suggestions are meant for shotguns since I think they need the most tweaking. The only good shotgun is the pump, and the assault shotgun is passable. The tactical shotgun is just garbage. Here's what I think will help.
1)I think the tactical shotgun needs a damage buff.
2) I think the assault shotgun needs to do slightly more damage far away (less damage drop off)
3) I think the pump shotgun needs to do less damage farther away and maybe slightly more damage up close (mainly for lower rarities.

unless youre playing solos, have you seen endgame in some of those rounds where there are 4 sweats who are throwing nades and using impulse to sniper combo, spinning around, sniper to ar switch, etc.
also if you are going against people spamming ar then they are probably bad players. all you really need to do is do sniper to ar combo or just take cover and play it smart with your pump, ar, sniper, nades, baiting heals etc
or nades, bouncing them off of windows, utilizing doors and trying to minimize damage during close range encounters, by taking advantage of them, opening closing to block shots, opening and quickly shooting with a pump/sniper through them before closing it
anyways if they win with that spam tactic, then that isnt really the game balancing and more of the skill level between the players fighting

Show what fists look like on a skin in the item locker, and vault the goo gun, rubber gun, tac shotgun, the burst pistol, remove a bunch of smg's, and get rid of mythic weapons because they are too op against grey-gold guns, (put gold weapons in airdrops), remove m4 and scar, vault vss, add siphon (health per kill), nerf the minigun, and remove lower rarity variants of rpg.

Im on the verge of quitting too. The Devs said themselves they aren't in for a competitive scene which is a major component to keeping a fan base. As soon as i noticed Zombs Royale was top 10 on the search list in 2018. I kept wondering why didn't they add competitive or a sort of ranked mode when the game was still high in popularity.

@quiet gust @bitter tulip @tepid cedar the main reason for this is because Endgame is a company. They have other aspirations, and though Zombsroyale is one of their biggest games, its not really their main focus right now. They've been working on four other games at the moment, and honestly, I would support those too. Just want to let you know, they're busy and can't really put in 1000% into this game. Be happy that we still have consistent updates and the lag is still being (sorta) fixed.

The actual stats of the goo gun is just normal, but the shock factor makes you want to hide. The health depleting, screen shaking, bullets spraying, and all that.
Best way to counter is to snipe when you can, or just ignore the shock and shoot back instead of hiding

Knockback gun has similar range to a shotgun, with the knockback effect falling off slightly at the edge of the radius. Could have colored "waves" or arc shaped projectiles that behave, again, similarly to the spread of shotguns and a 1-1.5 second time between shots. No damage as said before, but uses heavy ammo.
Might be a little unbalanced for endgame, but that never stopped ZR before.
