Any sniper tips to aim on enemies consistently and to use defense when they snipe long range at you?

when being sniped at long range, try not to move predictably. act like a 5 year old just hijacked the person playings keyboard and move around erratically but still make sure you get to cover somewhere
when you are sniping at long range, if you see an enemy moving in a straight line, aim slightly ahead of them and fire.
knowing how far ahead to aim and how to juke properly comes down to practice
if you are sniping against an enemy who is proficient in sniping, try and second scope them, where you go out of cover, bait them into shooting, and then punish them for peeking out by shooting at them or their cover when their sniper is being reloaded
