@keen grotto sometimes its a glitch, u go up 1 tier and ZR shows u that u get something (skin, coins, ...) but u dont get it because the reward dont belong to the tier u reached, look in your freepass or battlepass, the items u really got have a green hook, in your case it could have been just a wrong notification

@wanton violet u do not log in directly into ZR with your e-mail, u log in into google or facebook or discord (dont know which of the 3 u use), then google or facebook or discord identifies u with your log-in and shares this to ZR so your account opens,
when u have a log-in failure because u too often used the wrong password u have to restore this in google or facebook or discord, (the one u use) u cant do it in ZR

in google there is somewhere in the log in the option "forgot password", click it and u get an e-mail to your e-mail account to restore google, i guess in facebook or discord it is similar 😃

then your ZR log-in should work again

@old ember lag and low fps is a problem with your computer/internet. Like I said I get good fps and less then 20 ms. To check a more accurate way of seeing ur fps/ms ingame press f7, or fn+f7 for apple.

The problem isnt that they arent updating the game; its been 2 years, theyre kinda just losing interest. The real problem is that they dont realize that this is their only popular game and it always will be. Instead of reading the suggestions in this server, they work 24/7 on an exact, and i mean exact copy of among us. They are this close to getting sued millions of dollars but they insist on working on that instead of spending time developing the only game people care about.
