I used to play from season 1-4 i unlocked most of the things during the seasons and in the battle passes. I recently started playing it again, so i started the game with the email i used and all my season 1-4 cosmetics and stats were deleted. I am furious. I often have the problem that zombsroyale show in the left head of the game a icon that means I didn’t have good W-lan but then I make a test for my connection at the same time and it was perfect. But the problem isn’t the icon, if I have this icon i have very bad laggs and bugs. I often die because this glitches, Biggs and laggs in very good round.

@distant wharf the different logins can be a bit confusing. Your zombsroyale account is based on your email. The discord app version is only available on pc, and is also based on the email you put. If you used an email (let’s say it’s example@gmail.com) when you first played the game, and you have the same example@gmail.com email listed in your pc discord settings, then your account on pc should be the same as the one on the discord desktop app.

For mobile, you CANNOT play zombsroyale via discord

The email you first input into the zombsroyale app when you opened it will be that account.

To change the email to be the same as the one you have on pc, simply logout and login using that email.

There was a glitch right when the season 14 come out. You could get the snowy GG emote (tier 14 or something) in the free pass. It was replaced with the snowy heals (tier like 1 or 2) and the snowy ammo (tier like 9).

note that ping tests check your ping to your country's server, whereas ZR servers are continental rather than per country.

for example, a ping test for me would be 2ms as it would be the connection between my pc and HK servers, but the ZR asia servers are located in Singapore

its also quite rude to name it as "the game's fault". After the recent change in server region in Singapore, a lot of people have gotten better ping. I understand not everyone ends up getting 10ms, but it was a good change overall. If you are still unhappy, i advise to simply wait until another server change; chances are, ping will change for you again
