The report system is not good, when u want to report an unfair player because he teamed. U have to type his name, but if he has special characters in his name, his invincible, he can't be banned. You can rework the report system or add a channel in discord where we can post proofs .. Thanks for reading 🙂

Whenever i would try and join a PC game i would get stuck in the loading screen. i have tried everything i know of. this has been happening for months. please help me.

Some one please help! I was in the settings area (Im on pc, playing Zombs through Discord) and I accidently hit log-out! I tried to log back in with google, it opens up the browser, says that I'm logged in and to refresh my game. WIch I do... then I get in and Im still not on my account!
I even try to do it with discord! And when it logs me in! I have NOTHING! None of my cosmetics! None of my stats! Nothing! I had this seasons battle pass! As well as some others! If this is a bug, or my account was deleted! Please fix this!

So I logged out of my account to access my brothers account so he could play on it. When I tried to log back in it says there is an authorization error this happened multiple tries, even after I deleted the app and reinstalled it. it seems most people have had a 100~200 ping increase in asia; not sure about other regions

Asia servers usually suffer after updates but hopefully this issue fixes fast :)

In Super Power You Can't see what superpower you get and collect, only for some people, and I happened to be one of them

Also For some people they cant see their cosmetic inventory, they can click on the cosmetics & use them in game but you cant see what they are, (this applies to all including skins emotes sprays melees backpacks and parachutes).

Is this another emergency network maintenance for Asia servers? Asia servers are unplayable for lots of people, players from Singapore and malaysia are getting 180ms, while Taiwan and the Middle East are getting 300ms....., Hong Kong and Philippines are getting 100 to 200ms, this is unplayable.

The Asia servers are in Singapore. Around 48 hours ago, the Singapore data center was merged into another one (also in Singapore). So the data center from a week ago no longer exists. After reviewing player ping data in aggregate, we noticed aggregate ping increased by about 30 ms after the merge. So we moved the servers (again) to another data center (also in Singapore.) We are still gathering data on the newest data center, but it seems to be an improvement for most people.

Few months ago, ME players had a consistent 50-75ms on Asia servers. Then it drastically rose to 175-200ms after they moved it to SG for majority of the players. So what happened now is really good.
I wonder where the original servers were located, and maybe move it back there(?)

Hey I'm here to inform that my ping is still really high after reinstalling and sadly it doesn't fix the issue. A little throwback to what happened, I was still getting okay ms(16 to 32ms still tolerable) the day everyone was complaining about 200 to 300ms due to the data centers got merged. And after you guys fixed it by switching to another data center, Lot's of player's ping got fixed and even received a buff of 10 to 20ms reduction some up to 50ms for places like India, that's great news. But the unfortunate part is some of us who had no issues had to suffer the higher ping now, I'm not saying that it's not playable, but to have a 50ms increase on your only playable region isn't fun especially you're getting the exact ping with some players from Taiwan, and Hong Kong players have lower ping than me and some others now and it's just unfair to us who were affected by this data center switch, because I'm in Malaysia right beside Singapore, getting higher or similar ping to other countries that are so far from Singapore compared to Malaysia really just isn't right. @agile harness also has similar ping with me but he lives in Singapore, even worse for him. @compact light gets 190ms simply unplayable for him.

I am currently in Singapore and the asia regions are really messed up. Before the cursed cove update, my ping was 6ms. After the cursed cove update, I got 50 ms, but today, it got worse and escalated to 80 ms. I was fine with 50 ms but 80 ms is really too much. I hope the devs can fix this issue

In wild west place, I impulse myself between the two buildings. I glitched myself between the two buildings, and got pushed off.
