We're pretty certain you're on the wrong account if you've had the Octopus before - it's not possible for items to be lost unless we change the database or delete it manually from your account which we have never done to the Alpha Season since it ended. The highest we see on that particular friend code account is tier 13, the highest cosmetic unlocked was the green Pool Noodle.

We did help you, we checked the account you gave to us. The highest it ever reached was tier 13 which isn’t anywhere close to the octopus skin. If you lost the skin then everyone else must’ve lost theirs as well. This isn’t something that can be a mistake.

space chettah hate to break it to you but sela did look at his account and he only reached teir 13 on the alpha season so based off that info he never had the octo skin refreshing the tab would do nothing to cosmetic items and its not a problem with his pc needing a rest all cosmetics unlocked on an account are tied to facebook and google accounts so theres no way he would have lost octo unless it was removed directly from his account or from all accounts which is not the case because the devs have never removed cosmetics from any account

Turn down graphics settings if it's FPS lag. Make sure your settings are right in Chrome as well. If you're not using Chrome, use Chrome.
If it's internet lag. Get better internet or stop background downloads

for some people diffrent browsers perform better so firefox may work bettr than chrome for others try as many as you can to reduce lag also yes turing down graphics setting does help also try zooming into 150%

@pearl gorge Probably thats done in order that people with autofill can have a partner (even people with no auto fill) Also even if you uncheck auto fill doesnt mean "no partner", if you uncheck auto fill the game will just not choose a partner for you to play with, if you get a partner is because the game choosed a partner for the other person. What a poem just made.
By the way for people that cant complete the crates in tinker town challenge, what I do is going to any of the white buildings in the very center of tinker town, strangely they count the crates on those buildings, that is how i could complete it.

@pearl gorge When you click leave, your current autofill-OFF team is disbanded. When you click duo/squads again, a new team with autofill ON is created, but the actual checkbox isn't updated to reflect this, so it looks like autofill is still OFF. Like @serene island said, I think you can check and uncheck the box, and it'll sync up again. 😃

So, randomly when you get knocked and someone tries to revive you, they can't and you won't lose health, so you just walk around being knocked. I've only seen this issue in squads.
I don't know exactly how to trigger it tho. If I find out I will post it here.

It's a persistent issue
You must use normal SMGs. Not burst. Not P90. Not vector.
You also must not quit the match. You and you're entire team must be dead.
The AR kills one is also an issue

yeah we don't doubt your proof but you're unable to transfer gems and skins across accounts
normally, in the small chance that the devs can assist you you might but don't count on it, they're very busy fixing other issues

a) the developers have other major issues to fix affecting the entire playerbase, restoring gems for one user isn't their main priority
b) the cause of this problem is on your side, we didn't control whether facebook deactivated your account or not
c) just because you spent money on the game doesn't mean you're entitled to berate us about it
d) how do you know how hard it is to load those gems on a new account? you didn't develop the game
look, we get that you're upset and we understand that, but your best bet to get your gems back is to contact the developers and see if they can do anything about it - they'll be more likely to help if you do so politely. complaining here about it about "how hard could it be" won't help your cause at all
