I recently deleted an old google account, and it kinda broke the game. I logged out to let a friend play without messing up my stats and could not log back in on my account. Other accounts were available, but I’m sort of stuck right now. All my gear and sprays are equipped in the item screen, but are labeled as locked in their menus and don’t appear on me when I join a game. I also lost all my levels and coins. If there is any way to transfer account info, or just a fix that gets my months of gameplay back, I would like to know it. Please.

The problem isn't on my computer, I'm playing with a i7 with a nice video

The chrome is updated also

The FPS is OK, the problem is on PING

I can also ping the servers of zombsroyale that are hosted on cloudfare, but they show a decent MS. The lag happens after 2 or 3 minutes of the game and started before the air drop update.

I think this is happening with people that live on different places than north america (like me that live on south america) and need to connect on a north america server.

So since the zombies mode event came out every time i drag a weapon or item to switch places or throw out, the space glitches and the slots get stuck in each other, then i cant drag or drop the one stuck under the other one, heres a picture. to fix this i need to reload the site but it keeps happening, and is a big problem as i cant give medkit to team mates.
