I've managed to achieve tier 81, but I discovered that I haven't unlocked the rewards I was meant to get from teirs 78, 79, 80 or 81. Here are some screenshots to prove it, with discord in the background to show the time span. Please fix this, as I really wanted the Skull hammer.

I have extreme lag as well. Laggy on every browser I've tried with FPS never going above 20, but I mostly use chrome. Hardware accel on, constant 20-40ms ping, any graphics+zooming. Zero idea what to do. I can run triple A titles on medium-high graphics and other browser based games, but really cannot get zombs to work properly for me since the new season came out. Been posting about it for almost a week and not a word from someone higher up. :/

Ok, right-click sound icon and click "Open Volume Mixer" (the first menu item). When sounds are playing on zombsroyale.io (or when they are supposed to), for example when you click the Duo/Squad buttons, do you see the green volume bar changing at all in the volume mixer?

PC. It seems like the devs programmed the game to click the right mode after your initial click.

If you click duo/squad, you'll see there's a split sec delay before the game mode switches between solo and the correct mode.

Hey, I just reached tier 100 but the rewards aren't unlocked for me. On the home screen it shows that I'm only tier 99, but when I click on the season box it shows tier 100, with checkmarks next to the unlocks. I bought the last few tiers with gems, which I think may be the issue. I really hope this can be fixed because I spent way too much time working my way up.

I tried leveling up and getting stars but it still won't change. I can't buy anymore tiers either.
