ive tried everything. hardware acceleration, lowest graphics,i use chrome, keeping one tab open, everything the bot told me yet im still constantly lagging. ive never seen this kind of lag and its really disappointing me. you have potential to be a great game, but you are losing players day after day because of all the lag you are getting. you need to fix this asap.

I'm not seeing anything weird, there were some games that failed to start a couple hours ago, but that shouldn't effect ping - if your speedtest is fine you could try restarting your modem, if you've done both things go ahead and pm I'll try to help you further

- Manually select your Region

How to Fix FPS/Frames Issues:

- Use Chrome or Firefox
- Make sure your browser is updated
- Set the Graphics Quality to lowest
- Do a basic cleanup of your device
- Turn on hardware acceleration on your browser
- Zoom in (CTRL+ by default) to lower graphic quality further (may cause ui issues)

If you still experience issues please post a speed test of your internet, your country, your processor speed (CPU), and amount of memory (RAM).

This has always happened to me, from the time I started the game.

I always have to play on a VPN for this game to even be playable, but now even my VPN doesn't work.

It just makes me so angry that I've been away from the game for a week, I come back and I can't play the game again. thumbsdown

@hollow karma You have any idea what's causing this one? You lose control of your character, you pass though everything, going in a straight line, and the features in the map disappear. I know it isn't my WiFi, I do not have connection issues in any other games, and my WiFi is pretty fast. Previously I used a VPN (oddly enough) to get around this, but it seems the new update has rendered this workaround useless. I'm extremely frustrated right now, and I want to know if there's anything I can do, or if this is a server issue.

I seriously don't understand this . I just don't. My WiFi is good, as can be seen above, I have a GTX 1050ti graphics card, I have https, the graphics are on medium but this isn't a graphics problem, I've cleared my cache, I use a WiFi adapter, this CANNOT be my problem. This is not my fault.
