@magic walrus thats happening because of one of two reasons: 1. there are 5+ people in the party, and when there is more than 4, people get kicked out because squads of 5 cant exist

@past niche It is a known bug that is being worked on. I believe the cause is something like switching weapons too quickly. For now try and be slow with dragging items around to avoid it. Thank you for the report

This bug is already on the listed bug trello,it happens after you spectate usually just exit the game before it start and refresh and you will have the gui.

Legit nothing. I can't Open crates, No map, no settings, no nothing. Only the gameplay. I can't open or pick up anything either. I can do everything else but exit, no map (i can still access it using tab), but i cant do it. If you have this glitch, you can't win unless someone else carries you.

In my opinion there are other more pressing matters that they are currently attending to. Not sure how “easy” the fix would be but it is always nice to have more game quality improvements in general. This is almost never a bad thing 😁

@hollow karma i know you were trying to balance the game, but now its chaos. the only gun you gun is the tommy gun, ar-15s are even more broken, and now bolts one shot. people can just go around full shields and a bolt + 4 meds and not die. this makes no sense. Also, this makes bush campers even more prevalent. And the nerf to smgs was too much. Drop rates got screwed over too

If that doesn't help then it is a server issue and you might have to wait for a patch. but the only other thing might be able to help is turn off wifi on your computer for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on

@obsidian basin the weapons "nerf" was a bug with Crystal Clash, it was fixed yesterday - also for Tommy Gun not showing up, please make sure you're on version 1.1.6 (this version contains the assets for Tommy Gun) @marble ruin

@hollow karma Some weapons are not fixed! Look at MPK, I do on solo mode more DMG with Rare one but i make less DMG with Epic one on 50vs50 mode.... Some guns still do the same damage like on solo/duo/squad mode, on 50v50 but some not! And this is so confusing.

I had a bug where I was knocked out, not losing health, but couldn't be revived (multiple ppl tried). I think it had something to do with being near a door. I did move away from the door, no change, no revive.

The game still keeps exiting/crashing in the middle of a game on iphoneX. Can you look into that please. As I said before it’s not a network issue on my end as my friends don’t have that issue when they play with me. Also, I’ve restarted my phone, reinstalled the app and my phone memory is not even close to full. It’s getting very frustrating 😭 it happens so frequently now! Sometimes happens when it lags and sometimes when it’s completely fine.

Please fix the bug where it says loading a advertisement and it takes like 6 minutes to load or it doesn’t even load at all and I have to refresh the page every time it happens (every other match)

Also there is a problem where I try to play but it is stuck on crystal clash and I can’t even play it. I have to log out and then log back in for it to work.

@quick lily that happens (I think) because the game is creating files that get erased during a reboot, and those files contain your custom cosmetics loadout. It's annoying to reset, but you still have them 😁

This freezing and lag problem is not improving. I was just playing, but the game froze 6 times out of 8. the other two times I was killed during lag. Since over one month the game is not properly playable anymore. Usually my win ratio is around 85% - But with all the lag it is on average only 50% wins and only 5 kills/ round. Honestly - i would prefere when you just manage to make to game playable without any skins, because functionality of basics goes before dresscode!

@obtuse scroll Unfortunately you can't do much with FSP drop, at least not that I know off but I could find out about this. You have to monitor the Game performance, All three factors could cost the lag,
Sometime if you get unstable ping it could cost the lag too, FSP drop, For example FPS stable at 60 and suddently drop to 20 FPS, that might also increase RAM consumption

But if I use my real account i get already first round the freeze issue again. I think it has something to do with cosmetic colletion. How more cosmetics you have in your inventory, how higher the chances to get freezed.

OH MY GOD i just played one solo game in recommended AND THE LAG WAS F@CKING HORRIBLE THE LAGGIEST GAME EVER AND HITTING ABOUT 2 FPS NO KILLS and when i was somehow in the top 3 i literally couldn't dodge or move at all MAKE AN OCEANIA SERVER AS AUSTRALIA HAS THE WORST LAG IN THE WORLD ON ZOMBSROYALE then i see streamers and ytbes getting no lag at all as they usually play in america ALSO I HAVE GOOD INTERNET WITH NO PROBLEMS

maybe i was right about what i said a while ago that developer maybe mad to pc user. first i have problem logging with gmail in mobile version and i ignoring it tilll now, the next is about the zcoins and what is the meaning of " you can use your zcoins to buy cosmetics VERY SOON", then this lagging and freezing of the game. hmm, i thought they starting to swipe out slowly all of the pc user, maybe because they want them to switch into mobile version?... xd

@vital solstice I think the main idea is that people play on both. Most great players will play on pc due to its more exact controls and they will deal with the bugs. They of course want everyone to still have the mobile app but because mobile has a much harder time with controls, they are fixing those bugs over pc. They are also working on new game modes, weapons, cosmetics, and a season which will all be on pc, so they aren't forgetting us don't worry
