Man, lag has somehow gotten worse. I don't know how a game can lag this badly lmao.

My graphics are on lowest, I'm in my native location, I'm using https, I refresh after every game, and now there's another new problem of very small freezes that happen once in a while that screw you over during firefights.

I really do enjoy this game. I enjoy it when it works. But I can't enjoy it if I can't play it. I don't mean to fear-monger, but many friends I know are leaving the game because of the lag. And to be honest, I'm considering it too. Something really needs to be done about this or before you know it, this will end up like Agar.io.

Well... I know Devs are doing their best to fix this issue, for now we can only cope with this problem until it get solve for good.
These are things I do to reduce the freeze,

Don't stay in lobby for too long
Don't switch the tab when enter the game even in waiting room
Turn on System performance to monitor / F7
If you enter the game with RAM consumption above 350 Mb, then you probably don't last through the game. Just refresh and start again
If the RAM consumption is above 400 Mb, prepare for the freeze, usually it freeze at 460 Mb

MB are supposed to reset before reaching 400 MB, but on zombsroyale if you press F7 you will see it's broken and they keep going up until they reach 460 and the website freezes.

And if it can be helped with cosmetics, then the developers should disable cosmetics until it is fixed.

If it was a memory glitch, it would be an easy fix because you would just dissect and partition the code until you could isolate the issue, and then test and troubleshoot until it was fixed. However, since this has not been done for the last month the game has had this issue, it would suggest that it is not a memory glitch but rather a server issue.

Get better servers and the game will be able to handle properly. Seems more like the game cannot handle server load more than a "memory glitch" not everyone has.

"crystal clash". i think it was up for like 5 min or something but anyways i still have a server of it so yeah.... i can play by myself if i duplicate my tab and ready up both tabs. AMAZING MODE, BTW!!!!! i used the sniper thingy so i had an impulse and i got out the bottom-right corner. game ended; i glided to the bottom right. then guess what i saw... the OLD ZOMBS ROYALE MAP!!! I was able to walk around it, there were no guns but every chest had a 50%-full shield. eventually, the gas killed me. but omg* that was amazing.

RAM increase is very generous in Squad and Duo game play, I find that if I stand by in lobby for too long,when I enter the game i have like 320 Mb at the very beginning and it won't last the whole game. Only way to complete the squad or duo round is that get everybody to enter the game right away after refresh the page

Last game was updated as June 3-5 with changes by Sneeza, which did indeed help with freezing, but introduced drop frame issues. However over the past 15 days it's been getting worse by the day

its not a bug actually. The Devs made it so you have 100.5 health, but it rounds down (i dont know why) to 100 to it can appear as if you have 0 hp

According to the stats when pressing F7, I started at 300MB memory, all smooth and then suddenly jumped 100MB with a load of lag and then it kept climbing before eventually crashing 463MB

For anyone else that is having problems with sound in the Chrome Browser I found the fix!
3 Step fix -

#

1.) In the URL bar in Chrome, type the following:

chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy

2.) The heading "Autoplay Policy" should be highlighted. In the dropdown menu to the right, select "No user gesture is required"

3.) A window will pop up at the bottom prompting you to relaunch Chrome. Do it, and re-test your browser for sound.

@rigid wharf The problem is, that is the only real glitch with the game. The game in terms of performance and usability is the only actual problem. The guns work correctly, there doesnt seem to be any actual glitches/bugs found by users.

Possible explanations:
2) People have fast hands. The player could have used a reverse impulse to pull you in through the door and quickly swapped to a pistol, unless you saw it happen directly.
3) Sometimes effects seem to not show. I've got thrown due to an impulse grenade and it didn't render the effect.
It can be something else entirely, but I do not believe it is a "hacker" as you have stated

The game logic is entirely server sided. Plus the game client is not in javascript (asm.js) so it's significantly more difficult to reverse engineer (but not impossible). That being said, it's highly unlikely that true cheating is possible outside of aim botting.
I've personally found 2 different people using auto aim. I know they used auto aim because every single time they would take a shot they would clearly "snap". Meaning the aiming wasn't natural. One of the two people didn't kill me, but he kept snapping his aim between 5 to 6 different people because it was at the beginning of the game and there were multiple people (some armed and some unarmed) all around within range.

This is a big problem for superpowers gamemode. if u put a squad or duo and invite ur friends, when they are in ur team press superpower mode and u can play duos or squads on superpower mode. i saw some squad doing it and i think its not fear.

I wanna CONGRATULATE: my game now only freezes 72% of all games I played today. It is an improvement from 100% freezing. But it still sucks. In the past you had already a better solution to reduce freezing - i really dont understand why you offer a worse option with more lag & significantly more freeze when you already had a decent game running...

I know your not going to believe me cause the only explanation to you is that they must be cheating, but after thousands of games I aint once seen anyone that appears to be hacking or cheating.

the very few exploitable bugs there are in the game you haven't even referenced. something like a 'screenhack' that you think you are seeing is most likely someone that heard where you were, saw you firing, appeared on their screen for a moment, or is hiding behind your ui elements, tho more then likely is a stray bullet.

it's incredibly easy to line up a shot on someone that is running away from you, and still shoot them with a bolt as they leave your FoV.

out of 50k+ members on this server there are maybe only two others that have reported hackers in game killing them. (that I've seen)

game is simply un playable. you're losing users, like a game of solos when the game was good could be likw 105-6, now, the most peaople i see in a game is MAX 80. oh yeah, heres why the game is unplayable: I started a game of solos. **SOLOS&& at 239 ms. ended around 400mb? WTF! this game suks. fix it pls, or you're gonna soon have sqaud games or 30, oh wait, that already happens

I know that there is duos, but what I mean by teaming is when some random guy comes up to a random person in a solo game, types into proximity chat "team", the other guy accepts, then they dont kill each other and double team everyone they come across till endgame. There should be a report button for if you get killed by people who are doing this.

Nvm that i’m having a seperate problem of my own and i see that other have it aswell on both PC IOS & Android it really doesn’t happen often for me but it does occur once or twice in a while basicly when your team mate loses HP it sometimes doesn’t show left corner down and wont change i wanted to report this problem before yet had no screenshots so it couldn’t be verified what i said was true or not i did get a screenshot in the end while watching my friend stream on PC Squads i can say it’s also on mobile yet sadly i didin’t take the screenshot in time

@old ember there is currently a bug where u can join a party with a solo person that selected superpower and you can play duo or solo superpower, it is being fixed soon. if u want to play normal duos make sure the guy u r joining selected normal solos or duos also.

i've been hit by this bug waaay too many times. the input is locked, i can spin but keep going in the direction i've been going at the moment it froze. happens when i attempt to drop an item by drag and drop. it seems like this bug happens mostly(only?) when dropping/moving slot 2, although i could be wrong. browser is chrome

How to Fix FPS/Frames Issues:

It is unbelievably frustrating to be trying to grind solos and have my game freeze every single time even with refresh right before game. It was never this bad for me and I have no idea why it is now. Killing my motivation to wanna play the game and stay on leaderboards. (I have also done all of the things listed above)

So everytime I play a regular game

It's alright for a while

0 lag, good connection...

But then all of a sudden, my character starts floating around the map and I can't do anything

I can only see it float across the map, through houses, through water, through trees, etc.

Then after a while (15+ seconds usually) it turns back to normal, but I often find that I'm then suddenly situated in the gas
