so i havent been able to claim the free cosmetics. i know this is a common issue and it is probably getting annoying but... i want the cosmetics 😦. i downloaded the mobile app around 20 hours ago (i think) and i signed in with my google account that was linked to my computer but the only free reward available to me was the 100 coins every 3 hours reward. i couldnt see anything about free cosmetics. i have deleted and reinstalled the app 5 times but nothing worked.

100 Z-Coins for quests is intentional, web currently doesn't have a way of getting coins besides quests and level up;* since we removed it from after the game. There will be plenty of ways to earn Z-Coins in the near future.
