Yes, it's now fixed: the offer was mistakenly showing the Pulsar Beam Skill Skin, while the correct one was the Plates of No Mercy. If you made your purchase last Thursday, when the mistake was live, you can reach out to Customer Support for compensation, since you were confused by the offer that displayed the wrong item.
