Add more types of events, so it also is fun and not specifically on one talent like for example drawing, and team theme ( takes skill and needs time to master styling teams ).
For example :
Arena Spree & League Spree
How to do :
Record a footage of u playing Arena battles through the days of the event and the most arena wins that is submitted when submittion day
Event Madness (excluding races)
How to do :
First a day before a event, a discord announcement is released apon the next in-game event. The players will have to record them selfs playing for the entirety of the event (not including when u paused doing the event) and either the fastest ones that completed it or the most progress wins (Can be changed for some events). And it's their choice to post it whenever.
This is yet again has 2 rules
If a player completes one category of the event (if there is multiple) they have to submit it (into a post or a thread for each category of the event) and they are allowed to use alt accounts BUT they have to deleat the previous run (If not it will be averaged)
The player can use multiple footages Without cuts no matter what, if ur mom's there NO, and it they're caught cheating they will be disqualified in both categories ( If it's a false alarm the player can dm the community manager)

Can we have Vips/Vip Orbs as rewards ?

And can we increase the gem reward Abit higher ?
