Bring back the rerun insignia events

So not too long ago we had few rerun insignia events with severd extractor and whitetip berserer skins in around the middle of the sticker collections happened, but last album we didn't get a rerun event for some reason. I really hope you people don't stop doing them as almost everyone if not everyone loved these
