Links perms to trusted members so I can post my silly little cat gifs

What would be "Trusted members"?

As in verified that they're not suspicious, it could be one of those level bots

Worth noting, a lot of the bots are normal users accounts that get hacked and start spamming the links in all their servers/friends list

The level thing could be a high requirements, most hacked accounts I see are people who are no longer active so they still wouldn't have perms

I haven't seen a single active person hacked🤷

what about message links from specific channels? this one. is there any way to whitelist such links? would be easier to help members

Maybe members that have been in the server for a while and are actively involved in the community could get a special role that allows them to send gifs (yes while there still is a risk of something NSFW), if that happens it could result in a permaban or something
