A repeating repeater is a repeater that fires repeaters
the repeating repeater itself will have the same stats as a repeater
the spawned repeater will:
do damage and disappear upon reaching a foe
despawn after travelling far enough(same range as normal repeater pellets)
fire repeaters while travelling through the air(cannot AAC)
repeaters spawned by spawned repeater will also have same properties as a spawned repeater
