Since the update it seems like I can't use the cinderwisp ability even when I turn the mind stone off and do it manually. During play it show the activation icon with an x or a fir symbol with a down arrow

Do you have any fire runes to activate it

If you burned up your supply then it won't activate since you don't have the materials to pay the cost
