Now an update on this,

It's not a bug
you took damage and it means your runs end early
see you're at extremely low health when you finish, add to the fact if you're using +hp items you can easily take far more damage than you heal
the game only looks at
Damage taken (-hp)
Healing done (+hp)
Potions do NOT count in this equation and if you end up with a negative value your offline will fail with a Red Cross symbol
if you enable autobrew and a healing potion (including vamp, etc) then it can burn potions/resources to remove the red cross

If you're doing Loops it needs 20. If you're only doing first runs it's about 2 to 300
