I did the lucky coin bounty and i found it in my adventures but, the bounty for it is not green.

Did you fight the Bounty enemy in that bosses area to actually unlock the Lucky Coin? Whether you unlock it or not it can show up specifically in the Vault Landmark shop which has a set stock. Is that potentially how you saw it, or is it appearing in normal relic nodes for sure?

now that you say it i think i got it in the vault brassoh does the magiteck shield also can be on another location on the map? I sure i didnt do the bounty but i remenber using it too. the coin I sure i didnt do so that solves it😂 I was like '' i saw the coin so i must done the bounty and the game didnt register it''😂
