They require a full cache reload to show up

Details
Step one:
Create new chart for a fresh song

Step 2:
Save it, then go to wheel

song is present as normal

restart the game.
Song is gone

Reload the cache (I'm using in game reload)
Song(s) are present again

found this bug 5 days ago spent a day fixing it should be fixed already in next release
