Hey, if your ping matches your wanted location, then it’s alright and I wouldn’t care much about it
Maybe just a Windows itself wrong settings? Did you check that?

Well, probably because of GeoIP which is not accurate.

If your VPS is recent maybe it got a recently allocated address that was not updated yet. My Ashburn IP said it was in Turkey but changed after some time. Check sites like ipinfo.io or maxmind for some time and if it does not update you could ask about it on a ticket.

Maybe ZAP uses a direct connection via Frankfurt, so it's just a routing thing. Shows Germany instead of the US.
