Github installation

What steps do i need to take in order to get github installed with zap hosting? Like I so have github set up but the issue currently is for the zap hosting it has its own designated destination for files and github made a new folder location where is what its connected to so any changes on git arent going to my server at all, since it's the wrong destination.

So I'm assuming all I need to do is move my files back into where zap hosting is at, then adjust my github to that destination how would I do this?

I’m assuming you don’t know how to use git? Just use git normally as long as you have access permissions u can just pull to get latest updates
