Hello, I have a big issue with my dedicated server... I got an email with "we have detected a problem with your dedicated server. However, this is no reason to worry, we have already informed a technician who will take a look at the problem right away. As soon as there is news about this you will be informed in the created ticket." but still no news and I absolutly need by server back.... Nobody responds me on the ticket even with a boost 🥲
