#Unable to cancel Left 4 Dead 2 server

Hello. I’ve been with Zap Hosting for about a year, but I’m looking to cancel my subscription altogether as I no longer need it at the moment.

In my attempt to “revoke the order” for my first server placed, there was a pop up saying that the service no longer exists.

However, last emails regarding late payments despite the service not being used arrived in my mailbox. Very recently, I received a “third and final warning” email with the threat to hand my invoice to a third party debt collector. I paid my invoices (twice).

After I paid off their invoice, I tried to revoke the order for the Left 4 Dead 2 served. After a few attempts, the same warning about the service still appeared.

Any help is appreciated in what I should do next.
I’m genuinely confused on how to stop the billing and delete my account altogether. Without receiving billing payments.

I have, but I wanted to ask here in case anyone else might have advice for this sort of situation. It’s my first time encountering this as I tried canceling the service but the notification I got said, “We can’t cancel the service.”

Altogether, if they’re unreachable (Not looking to pay extra for them to respond faster), I might dispute the charges if that’s the only way to be able to talk to someone

Would they terminate my account altogether if I decide to dispute the charges?

When I logged into my email and saw that I was billed each time they sent a warning email, I ended up paying $14.01 twice.

I assumed that if I stopped using the service, they would cancel my service. Not continue to bill me if I haven't opened their servers at all.

So far, I only have one response and that's through the ticket system. The live chat's unusuable.

Thank you very much! After speaking with a representative, he did confirm that I don't have active services with them at this moment. Hopefully that means the background billing would cease.
