Could try reinstalling the game, could be related to the server not having proper maps. The Gmod Murder doesn’t work at all because the murder addon file doesn’t exsist. (Found that out recently) but the message sounds like a problem that you should request help on zap.

Yeah i fixed all that but there's one resourse called monitor that i cant find in my files

The monitor resource is just used to monitor which resources have higher usage,
Just remove the start/ensure from your server config
