Download the correct WorldEdit version for your server (Latest build for Bukkit, Paper, Spigot is 7.3.3)

What is your server version?

What type of server? (Bukkit, Paper, Spigot, Fabric, NeoForge)

Try the version 7.3.0 and try upgrading WorldEdit version every one version release.

Whats the output of the server version when you try /version ?

You could check the server log and search for the error that doesn't let WorldEdit load.

is the worldedit .jar in the plugins folder?

Is the WorldEdit .jar at least 5 MiB big?

Did you checked your server log and searched for WorldEdit ?

Change your Java version to one supported by worldedit. Judging by the name of the plugin, worldedit-bukkit-7.3.3_(5).ja, you may also want to check if you have multiple copies of the file.
