Hello, so I was having problems with my server always getting closed due to high cpu which was never the case so I reinstalled the windows 19 EN and all was smooth says I’m connected with internet access but when I open the web browser I get told some bs in German about not being able to connect, if someone could help be much appreciated because my patience is running thin with zap hosting……

Hey, it sounds like your vps doesn't have an internet connection, which can be easily fixed by following this guide:

To change the language of Google Chrome type chrome://settings/languages.
You should see a list to change the language

Finally after reinstalling 2016 & 2019 EN repeatedly it finally started working 🤦🏻♂️ appreciate the help!
