Hmm..
You restarted the server through the Zap-Hosting Dashboard right?
Try navigating to your Server -> Version Settings, and check if there could be anything at fault there.
I do not have a FiveM Server, so I can't check how it looks.
Note, at the time of this message, cfx.re seems to be having issues. Some things may not work.
