My Palworld server simply used more RAM than I even have, so the server was blocked. I then opened a support ticket. My point is that I don't understand why the server simply uses more RAM than I even booked. Unfortunately, the entire game status since the booked RAM was exceeded has now simply been removed and around 4 hours of playing time are simply gone. If only I knew that I would have rebooted regularly. Whatever I will do in the future, it's all about the lost playing time. Has Zap-Hosting now completely deleted everything up to that point or is there a way to get the score back?

Same here... idk what to do. i even done a ticket but each time it says "2 h until answer" and if i reach the time it gets up to 1 hour more... kinda funny 😄
