I bought a RDP with 32GB of RAM from you, but I've discovered that the internet is very slow on it, even though the speed is 500 Mbps. However, it doesn't work most of the time and it's loading a lot.

I also don't think it has the same amount of RAM that I purchased. It's lagging unnaturally, and I don't know why.

Mine is doing the exact same thing, I have a feeling it’s just under an awful lot of load, I have the 16GB version with 4 cores it’s saying it’s using about 20% CPU and 33% RAM running my FiveM server but moment i go on the internet to access my google drive it just doesn’t work and takes 5 working days to load… thinking about opening a ticket about it to be honest because it is ridiculous

no, open a ticket in that case. it could be the case that google has blacklisted your ip and is pretty much blocking the traffic. an IP change would be ideal.
