Its my SCP:SL server. I just brought this likfetime server the day before yesterday. And my friends and I cant connect to the server. I try write ticket on website. But no one can help me with it. I try reinstall the server. And I still cant connect to the server. I didnt change any of the config or setting. I validate the file on website. but it still not working.
BTW I noticed that the version on the website is 13032428. but on my steam it shows 13036592. I cant upgrade the version on website.

I believe you cannot join because of the version mismatch. You mentioned that you cannot update the server version, so in this case you would need to contact support. There is nothing we can do as community support.
