Hello,
Using ZAP for 2 months now. We moved from German to Helsinki. Because German was awful and we get issues almost 8 times a week.
We moved to Helsinki because it shows on service-status, that there is no issues with Host on Helsinki with 100% uptime all the time. But. We have problems since we change and its never showing any issues with host.

For example there is ongoing host host issue on FFM / Eygelshoven, Germany and Helsinki, Finland shows fine, 100% uptime every day, but when issue`s happening with Germany, Helsinki dont work also? So how does it work? How to understand https://status.zap-hosting.com/ website. No issues - but hosting do not work.

All my servers are in Germany and work perfectly. I don't know what your issue is.
The status page shows which Host on which location has an issue, so it's not for the entire location.
Currently only Plesk08 has an issue at Germany. It has nothing to do with gameservers.

Well for us at this moment, database (sql) is not responding, FTP browser not responding, people get disconected from server because server cant reach host properly. Same was yesterday and our server started working when zap announeced that issue was resolved. And we use helsinki.
