So, you said that you done the portforwarding and it's open.
What else have you tried to solve your issue?

nothing cause i got no clue what to do

Is the port in your start batch file the same in your firewall?

or do i use the queryport?

According to my research someone solved it by adding rusafied.exe and steamcmd as exception in the firewall.

I found that on reddit

btw its showing coulnd't connect to <IP>:30077 but the port i'm using is 30010

So you have +server.port 30010 in your batch file?

Well, uhm. Maybe also portforward 30077?
