When I try to make a password for VPS it says it can’t be made. The server is up and running and everything but it won’t let me create a password for some reason.

you should get an error message, please post a screenshot of this error.

Do you have multiple IPs on that server? If so, you have to activate all of them so they are reachable from the outside :)
